CountSafe™ with Automatic Ejection for Electronic Counters consists of inspection system with tool-less, 2-axis, linear robot that can be adapted and integrated to any electronic counter for rejecting any kind of defect: wrong shape, wrong color/size, broken product, or rogue. Products are rejected via vacuum system attached to closed bin equipped with pre-separator collector and HEPA filter. This configuration prevents escape of any substance or dust.
