Screw fastening system is built around Janome desktop, 3- or 4-axis robot that comes in 5 models with working areas from 200 x 200 mm to 510 x 600 mm and repeatable accuracy of ±0.01 mm. In addition to accommodating choice of drivers, system is available with several screw feeder options. Programming of screw tightening conditions is facilitated via remote teaching pendant with 7-line screen, and robot can store up to 255 programs in resident memory card.
