Rogers planning commission approves permit for dirt sales

The business will be allowed to start operation in 10 days at 1762 N. 24th Street, if the property owner builds a hard-surface entrance, meets Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality standards and keeps the soil away from flood plains found on the property. Rogers' Planning Commission on Tuesday also approved the preliminary plat for a 76-lot addition to Shadow Valley Neighborhood.
