Tasks and Responsibilities Support for the rollout of the ITSM Tool IT Service Management Training of internal IT users of the Remedy System Support Rollouter Systems per customer Support with documentation and testing Problem verification and initial analysis Creation of instructions and documentation Answering technical inquiries Onsite support for Remedy users. Requirements Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics IT specialist with at least vocational training with many years of professional experience Experience in IT information systems at least over 3 years Detailed knowledge of MSExcel and MSOffice Detailed knowledge of Remedy German at least business fluent English at least proficient Knowledge of ITIL Foundation Level Knowledge in writing technical data Knowledge of the ITSM systems Remedy and Qlik Hands on mentality and knowledge of databases are desirable Good communication skills to ensure the flow of information Able to integrate into a team High degree of responsibility, resilience and organisational talent.
