Shawnee County Dispatch reported that a truck was involved in a rollover accident at 10th and Kent Place, near Fairlawn around 6:25 a.m. Emergency responders were waiting for Westar Energy crews to arrive, so they could fix the downed power line, before removing the driver from the vehicle.
