Ronald J. Ebelhar, P.E., D.GE, senior principal with Terracon in Cincinnati, Ohio, is this year's chairman of the ASTM board of directors. An ASTM member since 1980, Ebelhar is a past chairman of Committee D18 on Soil and Rock and several D18 subcommittees. He has served on the ASTM board since 2010.
