Rosneft-led consortium acquires Essar Oil for $12.9bn

Russian oil and gas company Rosneft-led consortium, along with Trafigura and UCP Investment Group, has completed the acquisition of Indian refiner Essar Oil (EOL) in a deal valued at $12.9bn.
