(Telecompaper) Russian national operator Rostelecom reported revenues up 7 percent to RUB 321.3 billion in 2012, led by growth in mobile and broadband services. OIBDA totaled RUB 118.6 billion, and the OIBDA margin was 36.9 percent, down by 0.6 percentage points. The broadband subscriber base totaled 9.2 million at year-end, up by 12 percent. Pay-TV subscribers grew by 12 percent to 6.6 million, and the IPTV subscriber base doubled to 1.4 million. Mobile subscribers totaled 13.6 million, up by 4 percent. The net profit was RUB 35.2 billion, and capital expenditure totaled 28.4 percent of revenues or RUB 91.2 billion.
