Offered in 5 sizes, easyZERO replacement nuts correct runout errors and misalignment for all round tools using ER16–ER40 collets. There are 6 adjustment screws that allow for up to 0.011 in. runout to be dialed in to promote accurate machining, tight tolerances, and surface finish quality. Due to concentric cutting, all cutting edges share chip load equally and consequently increase tool life. Dialing in desired runout with complete control conserves time and increases process capability.
