Threaded into pressure system, single-use WMP™ (Welded Muffled Plug) Rupture Disc Assembly relieves pressure of process media in over pressure condition to protect equipment, personnel, and environment. Solid metal tension acting rupture disc is welded to threaded outlet body and inlet ring for bubble-tight seal. Outlet body has hexagon shape head, and 6 holes in side of hexagon reduce reaction forces after rupture disc has burst.
