(Telecompaper) Russian federal competition watchdog FAS has ordered the four major Russian mobile operators to stop charging extra for national roaming within 14 days. Beeline, MTS, Megafon and Tele2 Russia were ordered to apply the same rates for their services as in the customer's home region when the customers are traveling within the country. The regulator said that the differences in price were groundless, both from an economic and technological point of view.
