Ryanair should reduce Aer Lingus stake: CMA

The U.K.'s Competition and Markets Authority on Friday provisionally stood by its decision requiring Ryanair Holdings PLC to reduce its stake in fellow Irish airline Aer Lingus Group PLC to 5% from 29.8%.
