Leroy Moore, pictured here in a Dec. 2014 booking photo, pleaded guilty on Thursday to one count of sexual exploitation of a minor. A man caught taking advantage of free wi-fi in the parking lot of Lowe's by downloading child porn in York, S.C. has pleaded guilty, local reports said.
