Available in 1.5 x 1.5 mm QFN, ADS7042 uses 690 µW of power at full speed and scales consumption down with sampling rate. At 1 kSPS, power draw is <1 µW of power. This 12-bit SAR ADC provides serial peripheral interface that achieves 1 MSPS throughput with 16 MHz clock. Offering data rates from 600 kSPS to 2 MSPS per channel, 2-channel ADS8354 series includes 14- and 16-bit, simultaneous-sampling SAR ADCs. They come in 3 x 3 mm package with 2 independently programmable voltage references.
