Your Tasks Design and performance analysis of Synthetic Aperture Radar SAR systems for Earth Observation Applications Development of simulation software for the performance analysis of SAR systems Customer requirements analysis and breakdown Preparation of SAR system and SAR subsystem specifications Providing specialist support to satellite projects Planning and supervising procurement contracts with radar and microwave subsystem and equipment suppliers Your Qualifications A university degree in electrical engineering with specialization in microwave engineering or comparable qualifications Several years of experience in the space industry as radar or microwave engineer highly appreciated Knowledge of fourthgeneration programming languages e.g. IDL, Matlab Professional experience with requirement management in DOORS is a plus High motivation and proactive way of working Excellent conceptual and problem solving skills Well developed communication and negotiation skills Accustomed to work in international composited teams Fluency in spoken and written English
