Unit operates from 3.3 or 5 V and generates true sinewave with +8 dBm min output power. Device has no sub-harmonics and second harmonic is -20 dBc typical. Housed in 9 x 14 mm SMT package with temperature range of -40 to +85°C, oscillator is suited for ADCs, clocks for DDS, test and measurement, and point-to-point radios.
