Housed in SMF package with 1 mm profile, SMFxxA Series includes 32 devices with working voltages from 5–58 V, peak pulse current from 2.1–21.7 A, and clamping capability from 9.2–95 V. Units provide high surge capability of 200 W at 10/1,000 µs for portable electronics, such as laptops, notebooks, tablets, and external hard drives. Operating from -55 to +150°C, RoHS-compliant diodes feature ESD capability of ±30 kV in accordance with IEC 61000-4-2.
