CoTRO Head, Sigma F8 achieves ultra high-speed One-by-One Pick-up/Placement using 4 direct drive heads per module. Component range starts at 0402s and delivers placement accuracy of 3σ: ±36 µm, with placement optimized by closed loop rotary inspection and on-the-fly component recognition. Via HITACHI LISA line server software tools, all process and component placement data can be stored for access to all users as well as PCB and component traceability and configured with QUATRO Head.
