Along with user-adjustable and auto-configured shelves that can be varied in 5 mm steps, CUBUS features SQL-based software and support for all standard inventory management schemes as well as data exchange with host systems. Reels from 8–72 mm can be accommodated, and shelves occupy either two 7 in. reels or one 13 or 15 in. reel. Able to store 5–6 reels per minute, system comes in two sizes, houses 600 or 900 reels each, and automatically detects diameter and width of each reel.
