SOUTH KOREA: Cheil Industries sells fashion business to Everland

Korean wool processor and apparel giant Cheil Industries is to transfer its fashion business to Samsung Everland, another unit within parent company Samsung Group, in a deal worth KRW1.05 trillion (US$976.2m).
