SPP Livf rs kring AB (publ) receives approval for change of Issuer from Noteholders

On 8 October 2014, a summons to Noteholder's meeting was announced, by way of procedure in writing, regarding SPP Livforsakring AB 's proposal to the Noteholders to approve the change of Issuer, as a result of a merger between the Issuer and SPP Liv Fondforsakring AB where SPP Fondliv shall be the surviving entity. The time for reply expired on 4 November 2014.
