SHIPPENSBURG>> Two local leaders, Charles H. Diller Jr. and G. Warren Elliott, recently were honored for their lifelong commitments to community service. George F. "Jody" Harpster, interim university president, presented the honorary doctor of public service degrees to Diller, a retired JLG Industries executive, and Elliott, an SU alumnus who served as Franklin County commissioner for more than a decade.
