Ambitious international Space Company, GomSpace is looking for a skilled Project Manager who knows how to lead and inspire people! As Project Manager, you ensure efficient execution of projects for GomSpaces product development. GomSpaces Product division focuses on development, production and PLM of satellite subcomponents e.g. battery packs, power systems, solar panels, radio modules etc.. A product development project will normally include multiple technical disciplines such as mechanical design, hardware design, embedded software, application software and production. Your key projects will be within software and products which have high software complexity such as libraries for e.g. signal processing algorithms, software define radios etc. A skilled Project Manager to secure efficient execution of projects As a Project Manager you are part of scoping the projects and you establish and continuously align deliverables. Your key tasks are to ensure effective delivery of the right solutions in the right quality, according to the agreed budget and timeline. Planning, budgeting, and continuous progress is your responsibility, and you ensure communication both internally and externally. Your tasks include to Drive and lead the daytoday aspects of the projects Handle the planning, controlling, and reporting on the project progress both internally and externally Establish and maintain project documentation according to the project execution and quality assurance processes. A great sense of ownership and drive Preferably, you have a relevant education as an Engineer in electronics at minimum bachelor level, and you probably have a couple of years of experience as project manager, team lead, scrum master or the like. We expect you to have experience with high level software development embeddedLinux based either as Engineer andor Project Manager. Our wishes to you You are good at working closely with stakeholders. You have knowledge of software architecture. You take ownership of the project and its successful execution. You are a motivating leader, and you take an active part in the teamwork. You have the will and the abilities to succeed in a hectic environment. It is a plus if you have Project Manager certificates such as PMP or IPMA. You are fluent in English both written and oral. As a person you possess a strong personal drive, have a sense of ownership, and cannot wait to see your product in space. You navigate naturally around a crossdisciplinary environment where solutions and deliveries are the result of effective collaboration. You communicate effectively on different organizational levels and with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
