Speed of camera minimizes motion blur while capturing retina's full field of view. Phase stability enables SD-OCT systems to measure and map faster blood flows that occur in larger vessels of choroid. With camera, OCT systems can also measure corneal thickness, scar tissue, and lens dimensions.
