Saginaw businessman appointed to Michigan's new 'Underground storage tank authority'

A Saginaw businessman is one of six appointees announced by Gov. Rick Snyder Friday, June 5, to the state's newly-created Underground Storage Tank Authority Board. Created by Public Act 416 of 2014 and housed within the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality, the six-member board is tasked with overseeing the creation of a fund to pay for repairs to leaking underground tanks.
