Saginaw to help Genesee County test new water treatment process

Genesee County is building a new water treatment plant in conjunction with the building of the Karegnondi Water Authority pipeline to Lake Huron. But before Genesee County's new plant can begin operating, the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality requires the proposed treatment process be tested.
