HE Space is a successful international space company. For over 30 years, we have been supporting our customers with qualified experts in the field of engineering, science and administration. We are currently looking for a Sales Contracts Manager to support our customer in Germany. Sales Contracts Manager Key Tasks and Responsibilities You will be in charge of the commercial management of Launcher Development and Exploitation activities in Bremen and Ottobrunn. Main responsibilities include the commercial bid preparation, contract negotiation as well as monitoring of the contract execution with a view to achieving the companys business objectives. Your tasks will include Managing daytoday commercial relationship with customer with a focus on customer intimacy and operational efficiency Establishing commercial proposals, define key elements for commercial approach USP, sales price, incentive schemes, draft contractual terms conditions, and define negotiation strategy in collaboration with the Programme Manager Negotiating commercial proposals with customers as well the relevant contract arrangements according to approved negotiation mandate Contributing to the business objectives, within area of responsibility, in terms of order intake, sales, margin and cash during performance of the contract, provide support to programme managers on contractual matters Participating in risks assessments on commercial aspects Contributing to Marketing Sales reporting on programmes and projects. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree in Business Management or in another relevant discipline Several years of professional experience in sales, contract management and contract negotiation Willingness to travel Creativity adaptability in solution finding Ability to work well in teams and to relate instructions to others in a supportive manner Fluency in English and German is mandatory a good knowledge of the French language is desirable.
