Sales and Account Manager Recruitment and Sales A hightech and innovative Group that develops products and systems for defense, nondefense and security applications, including command and control systems, radar systems, selfprotection systems for aircraft and vessels, space technology, and aerostructures for the aircraft industry. My customer is headquartered in Denmark. Internationally, they subsidiaries and operations in The Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, India, Singapore and the U.S. The Space Business Area contributes with missioncustomized software and hardware products including power systems and star trackers as well as services to support a number of inorbit pioneering European scientific and Earth observation satellite missions. Additionally, the customer is contracted for the development and delivery of software and hardware systems and services for numerous ongoing and future European, and international missions. The Space divisions operates out of Denmark, The Netherlands, Germany, and the UK. Responsibilities As a Sales and Account Manager your tasks will mainly include but are not limited to Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers Maintain internal and external relationships Interact with customers for new opportunities contract renewals Define strategies for approaching organizations and specific opportunities Achieving sales targets Recruitment for service positions, mainly at our customer sites Present candidates to the customer and prepare them for onsite interviews Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through social media and ongoing relationship management Prescreening and interviewing of potential candidates Develop an efficient recruiting strategy and new processes that will contribute to a long range of organic growth of the company Build and exhibit deep labor market expertise, also enhance and develop sourcing strategies in order to improve the recruiting strategy for our service contracts Planning, organizing and attending recruitment events built and manage university relations Manage and expand key candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities, also guarantee a positive candidate experience Prepare competitive proposals to our customers This is a full time position, located at our office in Darmstadt, Germany, starting ASAP or January 2016 latest. Qualifications Competencies Applicants shall have an engineering background and the ability to identify and secure high qualified specialists and new business opportunities in the space industry. Essential skills are Demonstrated ability to navigate various sourcing toolschannels Strong ability to screen and interview candidates Expertise in internet sourcing techniques such as using search engines, engineering social networks, etc. Highly organized and efficient Selfmotivated and able to work independently Demonstrates excellent communication and followup skills Excellent knowledge of WordExcel Familiar with cost calculations Being able to meet deadlines and work under timepressure Fluency in English spoken and written, as English is the working language The following skills would be an advantage Knowledge of German Labor laws Space Industry knowledge KnowledgeExperience in working with agencies like ESOC, EUMETSAT, and ESO The position requires a great deal of independence and selfmotivation. The candidates should be able to work with little supervision, but also be able to contribute to the team effort.
