Salt corrosion, messy weather sparked mass Toronto power outage

Toronto Hydro says the lights have come back on for the vast majority of customers who lost power last night, amid a large-scale outage that was partially due to the long winter the city has faced. A building near Dixon Rd. and Islington Ave. lost power amid Wednesday night's storm.
