Samsung Electronics America, Inc. has announced that Michael Lawder has joined the company as the Senior Vice President of its Customer Service Division, effective June 1st. In the role, he will oversee all U.S. customer service operations, including contact centers, field and depot operations, walk-in support locations, parts supply and quality assurance.
