Samsung calls press event for 09 August, Note launch expected

(Telecompaper) Samsung Electronics has sent out invites to the press for one of its 'Unpacked' events on 09 August in New York, when the company is widely expected to unveil the latest generation of its Note smartphone series. The previous model, the Galaxy Note 8, was unveiled in August last year and went on sale in September.
