(Telecompaper) Samsung is updating its tablet range with the new Galaxy Tab 3.0 7-inch. The new tablet features Android 4.1 and a thinner bezel compared to its predecessor. It also comes with a new 1.2GHz dual-core processor and a choice of 8 or 16GB storage, plus a microSD slot to add another 64GB storage. The tablet will be available globally in May with Wi-Fi only, and a 3G version will follow in June. Other features of the device include a 3 megapixel back camera and 1.3 megapixel front camera, WSVGA screen with 1024x600 resolution, a 4,000 mAh battery and a range of Samsung and Google applications.
