San Miguel bags 1st water PPP project

A consortium of diversified conglomerate San Miguel Corp. and Korea Water Resources Corp. formally bagged the P24.4 billion Bulacan Bulk Water Supply deal, government's first water public-private partnership project. "We advise that the company, thru San Miguel Holdings Corp., received the Notice of Award issued by the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System awarding the Bulacan Bulk Water Supply Project in favor of the San Miguel Corporation and K-Water Resources Corp. Consortium," San Miguel said in a disclosure to the stock exchange on Tuesday.
