(Telecompaper) Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg has set aside USD 31 million in the company's stock for her charity fund, Re/code reports, citing an SEC filing. The document shows that Sandberg transferred 290,000 shares to the Sheryl Sandberg Philanthropy Fund on 20 November, a day on which the shares closed at USD 107. The donor-advised fund allows givers to take tax breaks and to earn profit with no capital gains tax. Sandberg is expected to promote gender equality programmes.
