Stainless steel, pneumatically controlled, quick release, tool-less belt conveyor can transport up to 50,000 lb/hr of temperature-controlled raw meat product. In addition to retractable idle and drive end with center take-up, features include check weigher, manually adjustable belt scraper with catch pan, and completely removable, retractable noser frame. Sanitary specifications included mill finish with electro-polish and continuous welds. Controls are located in offset sanitary enclosure.
