The Avionics System Engineer is responsible for the specification of the OBDH and Power subsystem of the satellite and oversee their design, development and verification processes. Tasks Design, analyze and configure avionic systems for satellite applications Produce and maintain documentation such as specifications, design descriptions, test procedures and reports Develop and implement corresponding test specifications Oversee, supervise and manage subcontractors and suppliers Support satellite projects from the proposal phase through to the inorbit commission Develop new business and draft corresponding proposals Qualification Degree in engineering with a major in electrical engineering or comparable qualifications Ideally, 5 years experience in satellite onboard data handling and power electronics. Familiar with Phase BCD hardware objects in the area of avionic systems onboard computers, power electronics and related subsystems for satellites Confident in negotiations with customers Fluency in the English language is required.
