Model LX7730 Space System Manager IC supports parallel or dual SPI interfaces and works with radiation tolerant FPGAs. Controller tolerates minimum of 100kRad TID, 50kRad ELDRs and is single event immune. It includes 64-channel multiplexer, break-before-make switching, precision adjustable current source and provides cold sparing. Featuring 132-pin ceramic quad flat package, it is designed for rugged environments and operates over -55 to +125°C temperature range.
