Savers unexpectedly closing Boulder thrift store amid property sale
2014-11-14 04:30:11| Grocery - Topix.net
The Savers thrift store in south Boulder is closing Nov. 22, a sudden and unexpected shuttering that resulted from the sale of the retailer's building - a transaction that also is forcing three other tenants to go dark or move. It was not immediately clear what entity purchased the 40,000-square-foot building at 695 S. Broadway, but managers of several affected businesses said the name that continues to surface is Whole Foods Market.
