Optimized for use in commercial applications, TMBS® Trench MOS Barrier Schottky Rectifiers include 12 additional models rated at 45, 60, and 100 V with current ratings from 6–20 A. Nine dual-chip and three single-chip units, available in surface-mount TO-252 package, feature low forward voltage drop down to 0.34 V at 3 A. Devices optimize efficiency in low-voltage, high-frequency DC/DC converters, switching power supplies, freewheeling diodes, and OR-ring diodes.
