RoHS-compliant and halogen-free 200 V Gen-2 TMBS® Trench MOS Barrier Schottky rectifiers, with current ratings from 5–30 A, come in 4 power packages and offer forward voltage drops down to 0.65 V typ at 15 A. While TO-220AB, TO-220AC, and TO-262AA packages feature solder bath temperatures of 275°C max, 10 sec, per JESD 22-B106, TO-263AB package offers MSL moisture sensitivity level of 1, per J-STD-020, LF max peak of 245°C.
