Schuylkill trail remains closed as oil cleanup continues

Cleanup efforts are continuing on the Schuylkill River following a diesel-fuel spill that has kept part of a popular running trail closed. An oily rainbow sheen glimmered in the water Wednesday between sheets of ice, with rust-colored patches on the unbroken ice visible from Chestnut to Walnut Streets on the east side of the river.
