XLR products include panel connectors rated IP68 or Nema 250 (6P) when unmated. When properly mated with Switchcraft female cable end, pair is rated to IP66. These rugged connectors, available in 3- to 7-pin or contact configurations, are tested to MIL-STD 202G. Cable end, panel, and cable to cable options are available. While silver-plated contacts are standard, gold-plated contacts are optional. RoHS-compliant connectors suit, among other uses, mobile outdoor communications equipment.
