A new San Antonio company is working to break through the secondary global ticket market by making it easier for ticket brokers to sell excess inventory to consumers. SeatSmart, a new start-up company in San Antonio that seeks to disrupt the global secondary ticket market, has lined up $750,000 in seed funding from investors toward its $1 million goal.
