Leading semiconductor test equipment supplier Advantest Corporation (TSE: 6857) (NYSE: ATE) and US firm w2bi.com, Inc (President and CEO: Derek DiPerna, below: W2BI) have reached an agreement in principle that Advantest will acquire W2BI, a provider of system level test automation software focusing on wireless communications.
