As car manufacturers and even software companies work on self-driving cars , General Motors doesn't want to be left out of the fray. At the Intelligent Transport System World Congress in Detroit GM CEO Mary Barra revealed that a fully self-driving Cadillac CTS Sedan will hit roads in 2017.
