Semiconductor sales are up, Arizona jobs for industry down

Regional semiconductor sales for America increased 11.4 percent, the highest of any market, beating the China and Europe markets, according to a recent monthly report by the Semiconductor Industry Association . Globally, the semiconductor industry had sales of $28.2 billion in the month of May, up 5.1 percent from last year at $26.8 billion.
