Hill: A Senate committee is planning its third hearing in as many months on the administrations signature climate change regulation. The Senate Environment and Public Works Committee will hold a hearing next week on an Environmental Protection Agency climate regulation that requires states to cut carbon dioxide emissions from existing power plants 30 percent from 2005 levels by 2030.
