Senators Call for Oil Company Investigation

Scott Shearer, Bockorny Group, Washington, DC Senators Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) are asking the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to investigate possible anticompetitive practices by oil companies that limit consumers access to homegrown renewable fuels. The Senators are urging the Administration to take action to address recent reports indicating that oil companies may be undermining efforts to distribute renewable fuels, including higher ethanol gasoline blends. read more
