EADS For EADS Headquarters in Munich in the area FTC Corporate Finance Controlling within the department FTCP Corporate Pensions we are looking for a Senior Manager mf Pension Asset Management. The newly created Corporate Pensions department is the EADS wide centre of competence for all financial matters related to corporate pensions. The department will deal with all EADS countries which have a corresponding corporate pension system. Other than Germany, this includes in particular the UK, France and the USA. EADS currently invests around 6 billion Euros in separate pension assets across a range of investment and trust structures established primarily to cover pension liabilities from Germany and the UK. The management and administration of these assets is the responsibility of the Corporate Pensions department. In this context, the main tasks of the Senior Manager mf for Pension Asset Management will include Operationally managing around 40 external asset management mandates Defining suitable investment guidelines for each asset class Contributing to the development of global and strategic investment guidelines Developing standardised riskadjusted returns reporting for the group, as per the GIPS standard Identifying best in class asset managers by periodically screening and evaluating new asset managers Periodically analysing new asset classes Ensuring governance by participating in committees and boards The successful applicant will have the following skills and qualifications A Degree in Finance and further training as a Chartered Financial Analyst CFA, Chartered International Investment Analyst CIIA or similar At least 5 years of professional experience in a corporate pension asset management company of a similar size In depth knowledge of global financial markets Expert knowledge of various asset classes Outstanding communication and negotiation skills High degree of conceptual understanding and strategic skills German and English fluent negotiation level If you are interested in this position, please apply though our OnlineTool www.jobs.eads.com and attach your application in German or English.
