Senior Product Manager, SBBS Ref SBBS0018 Region Europe Location Luxembourg Betzdorf Company SES Broadband Services Category Other Engineering Technical Position Management Context As a Product Manager you will be responsible for IP and Satellite Communications products and their life cycle. At the epicenter between Markets, Sales and Technology you will be managing products that address market demand in the B2B2C Consumer, B2B EnterpriseTelcos and Institutional eeducation, emedicine, egovernment segments. Responsibilities Productisation and gotomarket of existing SBBS communication solutions so that they can be commercialized on a global geographic scope. Establishment of new products and services including the idea generation, value proposition, concept development and market testing in close coordination with the internal technology teams and external partners. Establishment and followthrough of product business cases. Drive internal and external product development priorities. Manage product features and development roadmap of existing SBBS product portfolio covering the full ecosystem and life cycle of the product. Ensure that existing IP broadband products and services follow market demand and continue to match customer expectations. Promote awareness and create demand for relevant products through customer visits, speaker opportunities, product demos etc. at events, conferences and other suitable occasions. Lead teams across business internally and externally incl. customers and market partners. Manage relations with national and international research and supporting organizations such as the European Space Agency ESA Be accountable for the market success of the product service. Experience Qualifications BachelorMaster degree ideally with MBA Product Management Expertat least 5 years of professional industry relevant experience In depth understanding of productproject related financing concepts. Expert in IP technologies. Result driven, able to coordinate internal and external partners. Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills. Solid and uptodate knowledge of the satellite FSS data business and BroadbandIP delivery platforms. Drive, engagement and creative thinking to bring new concepts to the front. Able to produce meaningful market assessments and recommendations. Fluency in English is mandatory, German and French being considered as additional assets.
